  • Invoice & Financial Data: Invoice details, line items, payment amounts, and transaction records.
  • Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
  • Usage Data: Log data, device information, and how you interact with our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our invoicing and business management services
  • Process transactions and send related information (invoices, payment confirmations)
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With your clients: Invoice details, your business contact information, and payment links when you send invoices.
  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@tradeinvoice.io.
