By accessing or using TradeInvoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeInvoice provides cloud-based invoicing, estimating, and business management tools designed for trade professionals. The Service includes creating invoices and estimates, managing clients, processing payments, and generating PDF documents.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for fraudulent invoicing or billing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By using the payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. TradeInvoice is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes between you and your clients.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including client information, invoices, and estimates. We will not access, use, or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy or as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeInvoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
